Google’s New “Farmer” Algorithm Changed

Internet search engine Academy NY Metro, announced today a brand new SEO “Content” Workshop made to help businesses address Google’s “Farmer” Algorithm Change. Held on the ocean NY METRO headquarters at 800 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY, the half-day workshop will require place on Friday, April 8th from 10am – 3pm.

Google’s new algorithm change – referred to as “Farmer” – is designed to discount shallow and low-quality content from the top search results. SEA NY METRO’s new course helps businesses avoid penalization by permitting their content on course.

“Google’s recent algorithm changes come in a very opportune time,” says Mike Sancimino, managing partner and lead SEO Instructor on the ocean NY METRO. “The Search results Pages (SERPs) happen to be getting more and more cluttered with lower quality websites. Google’s primary existence is dependant on delivering the best, best content to the user within the shortest amount of time for any given search term. If Google canrrrt do this, it will lose its competitive advantage – fast!

“Content Spinning for the Website & Social Media” Workshop
The comprehensive half-day course titled, “Content Spinning for the Website & Web 2 . 0,” leads fledgling SEOs with the content development process, keeping reader and check Engine Optimization (SEO) guidelines top of mind. The course is aimed toward those who have a handle on basic SEO factors, for example keyword development and inbound linking strategies, but article marketing and leveraging social networking is a weakness.

Prosper Communications’ SEO-PR expert and SEA NY METRO lecturer, Lisa Kaslyn, will instruct students regarding how to tell a story, why they must be blogging; how to mine content and employ the news, complementary industries, and subject material experts to create rich, unique and relevant content for target audiences and check engine spiders. The course will even provide an in-depth understanding of how social networking can be leveraged as the second channel to repurpose content, create link-baiting opportunities, and drive business exposure and web site traffic.

Lisa will provide editorial input and suggestions about one page of web copy from each class participant’s website. Students registering will be asked to submit an internet page that they want to work on and get a critique on title tags, meta description and H1 tags, plus an overall assessment and tips about improving copy and content type.
